Liability: Nemora Esports, its management, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred by participants during events, including but not limited to network issues, game malfunctions, or external factors beyond the control of Nemora Esports.

Intellectual Property: All logos, branding, content, and materials associated with Nemora Esports are the intellectual property of Nemora Esports and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

Sponsorship and Prizes: Nemora Esports reserves the right to modify or cancel any tournaments, sponsorships, or prize distributions at its discretion. Prize money distribution is subject to the verification of the results and compliance with tournament rules.

Third-Party Links and Content: Nemora Esports may include links to third-party websites or content for informational purposes. Nemora Esports is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of external sites or third-party resources.

By participating in Nemora Esports events, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Nemora Esports reserves the right to amend or update this disclaimer at any time.
